Job Details for Machine Operator:
Schedule:
- 1st Shift (6:00am - 2:30pm)
- 2nd Shift (2:00pm - 10:30pm)
- 3rd Shift (10:00pm - 6:30am)
Pay Rate:
- Up to $24/hr (based on shift and experience)
Job Responsibilities & Description for Machine Operator:
- Set up materials for production, inspect output for quality, and assist with changeovers to keep production smooth.
- Partner with Leads and fellow operators to maximize productivity and hit goals on time.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment for yourself and your team.
Requirements for Machine Operator:
- A high school diploma or GED (a must-have).
- 2-5 years of manufacturing experience; bonus points for laminating, coating, or web-feeding experience.
- Forklift experience – we’ll rely on your skills to keep things moving.
